Job Purpose:
To support the IndiGo Admin team by managing invoice verification and assisting in contract execution for hotels and lounges used during duty travel of cabin crew, pilots, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Invoice Management:
Review and verify invoices from hotels and lounges for accuracy and compliance with agreed terms.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
Maintain records of invoices and ensure timely processing for payments.
Contract Support:
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and executing contracts with hotels and lounge service providers.
- Ensure contracts are aligned with company policies and legal standards.
Track contract timelines, renewals, and compliance requirements.
Vendor Coordination:
Liaise with hotel and lounge vendors to ensure smooth operations and service delivery.
Support vendor onboarding and documentation processes.
Data & Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of duty travel arrangements, contracts, and invoices.
Prepare periodic reports for management review.
Compliance & Audit:
Ensure adherence to internal audit and compliance standards.
- Support audit processes by providing necessary documentation and clarifications.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce or Business Administration preferred).
- 2- 4 years of experience in administration, finance, or contract management.
- Experience in aviation or hospitality industry will be an added advantage.
Skills Required:
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with contract and invoice management systems is a plus.
