About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Techno-Commercial Business Analyst to join our client's Valuation and Technical Advisory team in the Bangalore region. This is a critical field-based role that requires a blend of technical Civil Engineering knowledge, strong business development acumen, and mandatory local language proficiency.

Key Responsibilities (What You'll Do)

  • Business Development & Marketing: Actively drive business development efforts, market services, and maintain strong relationships with Bank Managers and private clients.
  • Technical & Site Work: Conduct various surveys and site inspections at different locations for valuation purposes.
  • Project Coordination: Plan, direct, and coordinate multiple projects received from various Banks.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain and foster business relationships with private clients and other associated members of the company.
  • Presentation: Utilize strong presentation skills for client pitches and internal reporting.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Qualification: B.Tech./B.E. in Civil Engineering
  • Experience: 1-3 years of relevant professional experience
  • Language: Mandatory proficiency in Kannada language (Read, Write, and Speak) to effectively manage clients and site work in the region.
  • Local Knowledge: Must be well-versed with the Bangalore region geography and market.
  • Immediate Joiner required.

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong business development inclination, coupled with excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in the valuation sector is a significant plus.
  • Preferred: Owning a personal vehicle for site visits and market coverage.
