Job Title: Sales Manager – School Sales
Job Type: Full-time
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at SeadNXT Education Pvt Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and engaging with potential school clients. You will leverage various channels to generate leads, promote SeadNXT's offerings, and build lasting relationships with school heads and trustees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research to identify and target new leads and potential customers in the education sector.
- Connect with a minimum of 100 schools in your assigned territory, maintaining consistent engagement throughout the year.
- Use multiple channels (phone calls, emails, social media) to generate and qualify leads.
- Provide detailed information to prospective students and school decision-makers about SeadNXT's programs and offerings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Track and manage sales opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- Conduct regular visits to school heads and owners, including personal visits and shadowing team members.
- Represent SeadNXT at school conferences, associations, and professional bodies to promote the brand and establish relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales team and leadership to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Saturday
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Education:
- Postgraduate (preferably in Marketing). A Bachelor's degree is required.
Skills:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and public relations skills.
- A sales-oriented, go-getter attitude with the ability to drive results.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Other Requirements:
- Knowledge of STEM learning models is required.
- Experience in school sales is preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively (100% travel required).
- Own personal vehicle for travel.
