Overview

As a Marketing Manager, you will be the driving force behind our marketing strategies, leading initiatives that amplify our brand presence and engage our target audience. Your creativity and analytical skills will empower you to develop and execute multichannel marketing campaigns that resonate with customers across various platforms. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and effective performance marketing, all while leveraging data analytics to optimize results.

What you'll do

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts, including SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Oversee advertising sales initiatives across multiple channels including print advertising and e-commerce platforms.
  • Utilize tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Creative Suite to analyze campaign performance and drive data-informed decisions.
  • Lead the creation of engaging content that captivates audiences through copywriting and visual storytelling.
  • Coordinate marketing automation processes to streamline workflows and enhance customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with product management teams to ensure effective product positioning in the market.
  • Monitor industry trends and conduct research to identify new opportunities for growth.

Basic qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2C marketing with a strong understanding of performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in WordPress, HTML, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and other digital tools.
  • Strong budgeting skills with the ability to manage marketing expenses effectively.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in e-commerce marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools for tracking campaign success.
  • A background in sales or advertising sales is a plus.
