Role & responsibilities

  • New workmen /staff inward training is to be provided in our plant , process safety Know -how sharing .
  • Communicate EHS Policies, EHS Management System Requirements To Site Personnel.
  • Provide Necessary Advice, Information And Support In The Effective   Implementation Of The HSE.
  • Meet The GPCB Requirements as per EMS & EHS
  • Plan And Conduct Internal HSE Training Programs, Initiate Drive To Promote HSE Awareness And Performance.
  • Highlight and work on  HSE Alerts   & High Potential Incidents And Near Misses.
  • Advising Site Management, Staff And Employees To Control Hazards, Implement Control And Work In Compliance With Client Standards.
  • Conducting Safety Committee Meeting.
  • Conducting Periodic (Monthly Or Otherwise) HSE Inspection Of Vehicles, Lifesaving
  • Equipment, Firefighting Equipment, Tools Equipment, First Aid Kit.
  • Preparation of Safety Goal sheet and review in CFT to improve Safety Parameters of plant
  • Complete implementation of Work Permit for inside and outside suppliers/Vendors
  • Observing Tool Box Meeting To Measure The Degree Of Effectiveness.(Non Routing Work)
  • Conducting Emergency Mock Drills and Fire Drill
  • Coordinate And Facilitate Reporting And Investigation Of All Accidents/Near Misses.
  • Conduct Periodical Safety Audits On Subcontractors To Ensure The Compliance Of Safety Rules And Regulation.
  • Maintain EAIA, record of waste disposal, action closure of environmental impacts, maintain natural resources stability, water consumption record through balancing of water flaw, maintain all standard documents & internal audit as per ISO 14001:2015
  • Carry Out Internal Audit, Procedure Audit Work Permit Audit & Conducting MRM. (Management Review Meeting )
  • Maintain norms of  STP/ETP plant with support of Maint. Department ..
  • Preparation to implement ISO at VAS and certification
