Consultant Client Engagement (NDIS Providers, Australia)

We are a rapidly growing Australian startup partnering with NDIS providers to deliver innovative solutions that improve client outcomes and streamline service delivery. To support our expansion, we are seeking a highly motivated Consultant to join our team and play a key role in managing provider relationships and ensuring a seamless experience across our projects.

About the Role

As a Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for our NDIS provider clients, working closely with them to understand their requirements, address concerns, and support the delivery of our services. You will collaborate with our internal delivery team to bridge the gap between client expectations and project execution.

We will provide comprehensive training to help you gain an in-depth understanding of our product suite and services. Once trained, you will contribute directly to delivery and client success, ensuring our NDIS provider clients receive consistent, high-quality support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with NDIS providers.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by communicating project updates, timelines, and outcomes clearly and effectively.
  • Work closely with the delivery team to align on goals and ensure smooth execution.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in client engagement and delivery processes.
  • Represent our company with professionalism, empathy, and a client-first approach.

  • Previous experience in client-facing or NDIS-related roles is desirable but not essential.
