Role & responsibilities

Urgent requirement for a seasoned Project Manager with the below mentioned attributes and relevant experience:-

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Developing detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Scope Management: Defining and managing project scope, ensuring it aligns with client requirements.
  • Resource Management: Allocating and managing project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • Risk Management: Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicating with and managing relationships with all project stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and external vendors.
  • Quality Management: Ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices.
  • Safety Management: Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
  • Progress Reporting: Regularly reporting on project progress and status to management and stakeholders.
  • Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving project issues and conflicts.
  • Contract Management: Negotiating and managing contracts with external vendors.
  • Permitting and Licensing: Obtaining necessary permits and licenses for projects.
  • Change Management: Managing project scope, schedule, and cost changes.
  • Performance Measurement: Measuring project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Team Leadership: Leading and motivating project teams.
