Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery within timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor budgets, resources, and schedules, ensuring cost efficiency.
- Mitigate risks, resolve on-ground challenges, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Prepare regular project status reports for management and stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of accountability.
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of proven experience as Project Manager/Lead in real estate or infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and ensure timely delivery.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
