Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery within timelines.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution.
  • Monitor budgets, resources, and schedules, ensuring cost efficiency.
  • Mitigate risks, resolve on-ground challenges, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Prepare regular project status reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of accountability.

Requirements:

  • 5–10 years of proven experience as Project Manager/Lead in real estate or infrastructure.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
