- Sales & Negotiation: Lead negotiation efforts to secure long-term, win-win agreements. Focus on delivering client satisfaction while meeting company objectives.
- Target Achievement: Consistently achieve sales targets for existing and new business. Track KPIs and strategize to maximize retention and account expansion.
- Client Issue Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for client concerns or service issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution to maintain trust and loyalty.
- Reporting & Insights: Prepare regular reports on client engagement, sales performance, and customer satisfaction. Share insights with leadership for continuous improvement.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- 27 years of B2B sales experience in interior design, furniture, building materials, or allied industries
- Demonstrated experience in working with architects, interior designers, or similar clientele
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and the local language
- Ability to engage high-level stakeholders and influence decision-making
