Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing clients through regular interactions, acting as a strategic partner and advisor to their evolving needs.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities to increase revenue from current accounts by introducing new products, services, or tailored solutions.
  • Order Management: Oversee the client order process end-to-end, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality service delivery aligned with client expectations.
  • Sales & Negotiation: Lead negotiation efforts to secure long-term, win-win agreements. Focus on delivering client satisfaction while meeting company objectives.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently achieve sales targets for existing and new business. Track KPIs and strategize to maximize retention and account expansion.
  • Client Issue Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for client concerns or service issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution to maintain trust and loyalty.
  • Reporting & Insights: Prepare regular reports on client engagement, sales performance, and customer satisfaction. Share insights with leadership for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
  • 27 years of B2B sales experience in interior design, furniture, building materials, or allied industries
  • Demonstrated experience in working with architects, interior designers, or similar clientele
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English and the local language
  • Ability to engage high-level stakeholders and influence decision-making
