About the Role:

We are looking for a high-performing
Sales Manager
with expertise in
commercial and interior sales
. The ideal candidate will independently generate business, build and nurture client relationships, and drive consistent revenue growth. The role demands strong knowledge of
interiors, BOQ preparation, and client handling
, along with a strong professional network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve business growth in the
    commercial interiors segment
    .
  • Generate business opportunities independently and through existing client networks.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, architects, consultants, and key decision-makers.
  • Handle the complete sales cycle including
    lead generation, presentations, BOQ preparation, negotiations, and closures
    .
  • Collaborate with the design, procurement, and project execution teams to ensure smooth client servicing.
  • Represent the company in client meetings and industry events across India.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets as defined by management.

Key Requirements:

  • 4–5 years of proven experience
    in
    commercial and interior project sales
    .
  • Strong connections with corporate clients and decision-makers in the industry.
  • Knowledge of
    interior sales processes, BOQ, and project-based selling
    .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with strong business acumen.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across India.

Educational Qualification:

Graduate/Postgraduate in
Business, Engineering, or Interior Design
(preferred).

Compensation:

Salary will be offered
as per market standards
and commensurate with experience.
