Job Title: Store Incharge – Cake Shop

Location: Kochi

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM

Job Description:

A reputed cake shop is looking for a responsible and customer-friendly Store Incharge to manage daily store operations. The main role involves selling cakes, handling customers, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring smooth operations throughout the day. The ideal candidate should be polite, energetic, and able to manage the shop independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and assist them in selecting cakes and bakery items.
  • Handle in-store sales, billing, and customer queries.
  • Maintain product display, ensure freshness, and manage stock rotation.
  • Manage daily shop opening and closing activities.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and handle complaints professionally.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene inside the shop.
  • Coordinate with the production team for fresh stock, special cake orders, and delivery updates.
  • Keep records of daily sales, stock movement, and cash handling.
  • Ensure the shop meets brand standards and customer expectations.

Requirements:

  • Education: SSLC / Plus Two / Degree (preferred).
  • Experience: Prior experience in retail, bakery, or cake shop operations preferred.
  • Good communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Ability to manage store responsibilities independently.
  • Basic knowledge of billing, cash handling, and POS systems.
  • Pleasant personality and customer-focused attitude.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary as per company standards (you can specify if needed).
