Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Incharge. The Store Incharge will be responsible for daily store management activities such as overseeing the store operations, maintaining customer satisfaction, managing inventory levels, and implementing retail loss prevention measures. This role requires working from the location in Ernakulam.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in maintaining stock register in Excel
  • Maintain Inventory system
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Experience in Store Management
  • Knowledge in Retail Loss Prevention
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field is a plus
