Warehouse Incharge

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Incharge to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure accurate inventory handling, and support timely stock movement to multiple retail stores. The ideal candidate will manage documentation, dispatches, team coordination, and maintain warehouse safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Maintain accurate stock levels for watches, accessories, and packaging materials.
• Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of inventory.
• Coordinate with logistics partners for smooth and timely deliveries.
• Prepare invoices, delivery notes, GRNs, and maintain all warehouse documentation.
• Update inventory systems and generate daily/weekly stock reports.
• Supervise warehouse staff and ensure adherence to SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Implement loss prevention measures and monitor warehouse security.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of warehouse management experience (retail or watch industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Good communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
