YOUR TASKS

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure the organization is staffed with high-quality employees. This includes creating and posting job adverts, screening applications, and conducting interviews.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Nurture a positive working environment by creating and managing programs that promote a healthy, safe, and fun office culture.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management, staying updated on industry trends and employment legislation that may affect the HR function.
  • Manage and provide guidance on benefits and compensation packages, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee incentives.
  • Handle disciplinary and grievance issues in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
  • Maintain a succession planning strategy to accommodate future company growth.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven working experience as an HR Manager or HR Executive for a minimum of 5 years.
  • People-oriented and results-driven, demonstrating the ability to manage HR services across a variety of business units.
  • Competency in building and effectively managing interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices. Familiarity with industry-specific regulations is a plus.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with HRMS and HRIS systems. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases is a plus.
  • Professional certification such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP is desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional languages are a plus.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
  • Strong decision-making skills with a results-focused approach.
