Roles and Responsibility

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public areas.
  • Develop and implement effective housekeeping procedures to meet company standards.

  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping or guest services.
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality industry practices and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and software.
