Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Co-Founder - CTO - Full Stack Developer. The role involves designing and developing web applications using Node JS, React JS, MongoDB, and AWS. You will be responsible for creating scalable and efficient software solutions, collaborating with the product team, and integrating front-end components with server-side logic. The role also includes fixing bugs, optimizing performance, and ensuring the security and responsiveness of applications.

JD & Qualifications

  • CTO & Tech Owner & Co Founder with Capital Investment to buy shares or without Capital Investment to get ESOPs through Sweat Equity.
  • Strong Hands-on Experience and proficiency in Full Stack Development with expertise in Node JS, React JS, MongoDB, and AWS
  • Highly Experienced in Backend, Frontend, AWS, API tech, Product Schema, Microservices Architecture, System Design, Product Development and Tech development fields to effectively understand and implement market needs
  • Excellent Analytical Skills and ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems
  • Effective Communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Strong Research skills to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies
  • Previous experience in eCommerce or related fields is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
