Role OverviewWe are seeking a Co-Founder with strong English proficiency and a marketing-oriented mindset. This role is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit – willing to take risks, create something disruptive, and scale it globally.
You will work closely with our Sales Co-Founder and Tech Co-Founder, with equity-sharing opportunities among all founders.
Key Responsibilities- Lead content, academic operations & communication strategy.
- Drive marketing campaigns (performance ads, influencer collaborations, viral social media).
- Be the face of the brand – camera-friendly presence for videos & storytelling.
- Contribute to business strategy, fundraising & scaling operations.
- Collaborate with Sales & Tech Co-Founders to align product, growth & vision.
- Bring innovative ideas to position the brand on a global stage.
- Strong Analytical Skills and Research abilities.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Experience in Sales and Marketing.
- Leadership and team management experience preferred.
- Proven track record of business development and strategic planning.
- Ability to work collaboratively and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in the digital agency space is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
