Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Co-Founder at OptimusGavin, located in Bengaluru. The Co-Founder will be responsible for leading and developing strategic business initiatives, driving sales and marketing efforts, and enhancing client relationships. The role involves analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring smooth operational processes. The Co-Founder will also work closely with the executive team to shape the vision and direction of the company.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Research abilities
- Proven Sales and Marketing experience
- Excellent Communication skills
- Leadership and strategic planning capabilities
- Experience in the HRO, F&A, or Talent Solutions industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
