Role Description

The Client Engagement Executive is responsible for building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, ensuring high satisfaction, and supporting sales or service teams with excellent communication and coordination. The role involves managing client accounts, solving queries, driving engagement, and ensuring smooth delivery of services.

Qualifications

  • 0.6–4years of sales/inside sales experience with proven target achievement.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills. (Hindi & English mandatory)
  • Manage team performance (daily/weekly/monthly) and conduct regular reviews.
  • Train, motivate, and mentor team members; ensure adherence to SOPs/SLAs.
  • Allocate leads fairly, track demos, follow-ups, and resolve escalations.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with society committees, RWAs, and key stakeholders.
  • Present offerings, handle objections, and build strong client relationships.
  • Maintain sales reports, update CRM, and share performance insights.
  • Manage referral leads and coordinate for validation.
  • Schedule meetings with Builders/RWAs and ensure team meets meeting targets.
