Compensation: 10 LPA

LINC Education is seeking experienced and capable professionals to join our Teaching Operations team, focused on teacher recruitment and engagement. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-growing, innovation-driven education company delivering high-quality online learning to students across the globe.

As a member of the Teaching Operations team, the Assistant Manager will be instrumental in establishing the HR function for our academic team the LINC Fellows. The role involves end-to-end talent management, from recruitment and onboarding to ongoing engagement and deployment of academic professionals.

Please Note before applying for this role :

  • We are considering only candidates with 4 to 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Candidates with less than 4 or more than 6 years of experience will not be considered.
  • The salary for this role is fixed at 10 LPA and is non-negotiable.
  • Excellent communication skills are a must.

  • The role requires a deep understanding and hands-on experience in recruitment, preferably in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage domestic and international recruitment and onboarding of LINC Fellows
  • Conduct manpower assessments and plan academic hiring accordingly
  • Oversee documentation and training/orientation processes
  • Support academic deployment including CV prep, availability checks, and contracting
  • Conceptualize and execute engagement initiatives for LINC Fellows
  • Collaborate with internal teams to foster a supportive and growth-oriented academic environment

What Were Looking For

  • Education: Advanced degree in HR Management (MBA/MA or equivalent), preferably from a Tier-I institute
  • Experience: 4 to 6 years in recruitment and/or employee engagement, ideally in an academic or education setting
  • Skills: Strong communication, team management, and project ownership
  • Attitude: Entrepreneurial, resourceful, adaptable, and driven to make a difference
