Role Overview
Bai Capital seeks an esteemed EB5 Sales Director. A visionary leader with at least 10
years in EB5, migration, or related sectors, and ideally currently embedded within
the India migration agent network. Based in India, you will architect and drive our Indian
sales strategy with authority, significantly shaping our footprint in the Indian market,
offering EB5 investment opportunities as an in-house manager employee representing
our USA Regional Center - Job Creating Entity vertically integrated company.
Key Responsibilities
- Build the India B2C market from scratch
- Set the strategic vision and execution framework for EB5 sales, marketing and
channel partnerships across India, prioritizing our direct lead generation
campaigns and investment consultancy among high net worth individuals and
families looking to file EB5 petitions.
- Cultivate and sustain elite relationships with leading migration agents and referral
firms to amplify Bai Capital's market position.
- Serve as a principal liaison between Indian investors and partners with our U.S.
headquarters: aligning cross-border strategy, compliance, training, marketing and
execution.
- Design and facilitate partner training on EB5 structures, regulatory frameworks,
and best-in-class immigration pathways.
- Own performance metrics: including pipeline development, conversion tracking,
forecasting, and quarterly performance disclosures.
- Provide thought leadership on EB5 industry dynamics: monitoring regulatory
shifts, visa trends, and competitor positioning.
- Represent Bai Capital at industry forums, conferences, and client-facing events;
conveying confidence, professionalism, and strategic insight.
Qualifications
- Deep industry prowess: 10+ years in EB5, cross-border migration services, or
wealth management.
- Robust and validated relationships with Indian migration agents and industry
influencers.
- Sales oriented with an exceptional strategic, commercial, and operational
maturity—demonstrable success in B2B and/or B2C high net worth individuals
sales
- Thorough comprehension of EB5 legal requirements, regional center
mechanisms, U.S. immigration policy, and market alignment.
- Superior communication skills in Indian and English, including persuasive
presentation and negotiation capabilities.
- Based in India; flexibility to travel extensively across India.
- Comfortable around high net worth individuals
