Freelance Advocate (Retainership Basis)

Location - ITO, New Delhi

Nature of Work:

Civil & Corporate Legal Matters

Job Summary:

We are looking to engage a Freelance Advocate on a retainership basis to support our company in civil and corporate legal matters. The advocate will be responsible for legal coordination, drafting of documents, and representing the company on mandatory court dates. The role offers flexible working arrangements with a hybrid work model.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling legal coordination with external advocates, counsels, and law firms

Drafting, vetting, and reviewing legal documents, notices, replies, and agreements

Appearing for mandatory court dates, filings, and follow-ups as required

Assisting in civil and corporate litigation matters

Providing legal opinions and advisory support to management when required

Work Arrangement:

Hybrid working model

Daily availability of approximately 2 hours, or

up to 2 days a week, as per mutual convenience

Compensation:

Retainership fee (to be discussed and finalized based on experience and scope of work)
