A premier core litigation law firm located in Dabri Mod, Janakpuri, Delhi, is hiring a dedicated Full-Time Core Litigation Advocate for an on-site role.

Key Requirements

  • Experience
    : Minimum 6–7 years PQE in core litigation and arbitration, with a proven track record of court appearances.
  • Practice Areas
    : Expertise in civil, commercial, corporate, business, consumer, industrial litigation, and labour laws.
  • Skills
    :
  • Excellent drafting, pleading, and submission abilities.
  • Strong courtroom presence, persuasive argument delivery, and strategic case planning.
  • Ability to independently handle cases end-to-end—from research, drafting, and filing to full client representation—without supervision.
  • Communication
    : Flawless written and verbal skills, professional etiquette, and prompt responsiveness.
  • Preferred Location
    : Candidates residing in South West or West Delhi (to ensure easy commuting).

Work Mode & Schedule

  • Strictly on-site
    (no hybrid, WFH, freelance, or retainership options).
  • Location
    : Dabri Mod, Janakpuri, Delhi.
  • Timings
    : Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.

Compensation

  • ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month.
  • Higher remuneration negotiable for exceptional candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Independently manage client disputes from strategy formulation to resolution.
  • Conduct thorough legal research, draft pleadings/applications, and argue cases in court.
  • Achieve positive outcomes through proactive planning and client-focused representation.
