About Position:

We are seeking QA Lead for Data Projects with expertise in ETL testing, SQL, and visualization testing using Power BI, plus working knowledge of Snowflake, Python, and DBT.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and manage QA activities for data-centric projects, ensuring quality standards and timely delivery. Perform ETL testing, data validation, and visualization testing (Power BI dashboards/reports). Develop and execute SQL scripts for validating data, including writing complex queries.
  • Collaborate with development and business teams to define test strategies, plans, and defect management.
  • Utilize basic knowledge of Snowflake, Python, and DBT for testing and automation support.
  • (Optional) Apply healthcare domain understanding to enhance testing accuracy and compliance.
  • Creating data models to reduce system complexities and hence increase efficiency & reduce cost.
  • Setting & achieving individual as well as the team goal.
  • Problem solving mindset working in agile environment

Expertise You'll Bring:

  • 6-8 Years of Overall IT experience which includes 3-4 years of QA Lead exp for Data projects.
  • Proficient in ETL testing, Data validations, Visualization testing using Power BI
  • Good hands on exp in SQL scripts, able to write simple and complex SQL queries
  • Basic knowledge of snowflake, Python, DBT
  • Health care domain exp is a plus but not mandatory
