Role Overview

As a Quantitative Developer, you will work at the intersection of quantitative strategy, AI/ML, and high-frequency trading. This hybrid role involves building trading systems, designing algorithmic strategies, integrating AI/ML models, and contributing directly to live trading execution and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Quantitative Strategy & Trading Execution

  • Design, implement, and optimize strategies for derivatives, index options, and ETFs.
  • Execute trades across options, equities, and futures using proprietary HFT platforms.
  • Monitor and manage PnL with Sharpe targets of 6+.
  • Identify market inefficiencies in real time.
  • Analyze APAC index market behavior to adjust models dynamically.

2. Trading Systems Development

  • Build and enhance ultra-low-latency, high-throughput trading systems.
  • Develop simulation tools and historical data access systems.
  • Implement optimized data structures and algorithms.
  • Build real-time risk and performance tracking systems.

3. Algorithmic & Quantitative Analysis

  • Collaborate with researchers and traders on integrating strategies into live trading.
  • Use statistical and data-driven approaches for model validation.
  • Work extensively with large-scale HFT tick data using Python/C++.

4. AI/ML Integration

  • Develop and train ML models for market prediction and signal generation.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify alpha patterns.

5. System & Network Optimization

  • Optimize distributed systems for high-transaction throughput.
  • Improve platform speed through systems and network programming.
  • Work with TCP/UDP and other network protocols.

6. Collaboration & Mentorship

  • Work closely with traders, engineers, and data scientists.
  • Represent the firm in campus hiring and industry events as a technical mentor.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000, ₹1,200,000.00 per year
