As a Proprietary Trader, you will be responsible for trading the firm's capital across NIFTY, BANKNIFTY and other F&O stocks, with the goal of achieving consistent profitability. You will utilize market research, quantitative models, technical analysis, and risk management techniques to develop and execute trading strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Trading Strategy Development**: Develop and execute short-term trading strategies based on market analysis, price action, and quantitative models.
- **Market Analysis**: Monitor and analyze market trends, economic data, technical indicators, and financial news to identify potential trading opportunities.
- **Execution of Trades**: Buy and sell financial instruments across various markets, managing positions effectively to maximize returns while mitigating risk.
- **Risk Management**: Implement sound risk management practices to protect the firm’s capital, including setting stop-loss limits and managing exposure.
- **Performance Tracking**: Keep detailed records of trades, track portfolio performance, and regularly review trading strategies for continuous improvement.
- **Collaboration & Communication**: Work closely with other traders, risk management teams, and analysts to share insights and collaborate on trading strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) are a plus.
- **Proven experience as a proprietary trader or in a similar trading role.**:

- Proficiency in using trading software
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and make decisions quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and discipline in executing trades.
- Knowledge of risk management principles and strategies.
- High level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
