UX UI Designer

Role Description:

We are hiring a
Mid-Senior Level UX/UI Designer with minimum (1–4 years experience)
to join our team. This role involves working on live digital products, conducting user research, coming up with intuitive user experiences, designing high fidelity interfaces, and collaborating closely with product, engineering, and strategy teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead user research through interviews, usability testing, and analytics to uncover insights.
• Translate research into personas, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Design and prototype interactive experiences using Figma (primary tool).
• Partner with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design aligns with business objectives.
• Establish and maintain design systems to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Advocate for accessibility, inclusivity, and responsive design across products.
• Present design concepts clearly to internal teams and clients, articulating decisions backed by data and research.
• Mentor junior designers and support a culture of design excellence.

Qualifications:

• 1–4 years of proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, Product Designer, or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design (research, wireframes, prototypes, shipped products).
• Advanced proficiency in Figma; familiarity with Adobe XD, Sketch, or prototyping tools like Protopie, Jitter, Rive or similar tools.
• Experience conducting usability testing and applying research insights into design.
• Strong grasp of information architecture, interaction design, and design systems.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Prior experience in agile or cross-functional product teams.

Preferred Background:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Hands-on experience designing for both mobile and web platforms.
• Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript to collaborate effectively with engineers.
• Experience mentoring junior designers or leading smaller project teams.
