Job Responsibilities

Graphic Design:

  • Create visually appealing graphics for web, social media, and print materials.
  • Design engaging and on-brand social media posts, website UI, banners, brochures, logos, and flex materials.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and design layouts for various campaigns.
  • Ensure all designs align with the company's brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel.
  • Prepare and present design concepts to internal teams and incorporate feedback into final designs.

Video Editing:

  • Edit videos for social media platforms, including Instagram Reels, YouTube, and other social channels.
  • Create engaging video content that aligns with current trends and resonates with our target audience.
  • Work with the marketing team to understand video requirements and deliver high-quality content within deadlines.
  • Add graphics, special effects, and other visual elements to enhance video content.
  • Manage and organize video assets, ensuring efficient workflow and storage.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of visual aesthetics, typography, color theory, and design principles.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for creative design and video editing.
  • Knowledge of current design and video trends on social media platforms.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with motion graphics and animation.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.
  • Familiar with Generative AI tools for creating visuals
  • Familiarity with web design and development basics.
