Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Support Engineer with 2+ years of hands-on experience in IT support and troubleshooting. The candidate will be responsible for providing end-user technical assistance, resolving IT issues, managing IT assets, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across Windows, Mac, and Linux environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for laptops, desktops, printers.
  • Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of operating systems (Windows/Linux/Mac OS).
  • Configure and troubleshoot Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN, and basic networking issues.
  • Handle printer configuration, driver installation, and troubleshooting.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot software applications and security tools.
  • Assist users with account setup, access management, and password resets.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support or vendors.
  • Provide support for Mac devices used within the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.
  • Support during IT audits, onboarding of new employees, and exit procedures.
  • Coordinate with vendors for procurement, repairs, and warranty claims.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of IT support experience.
  • Good understanding of basic networking (LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN).
  • Good communication

Good to Have

  • Exposure to Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace.
  • Knowledge of Intune or other MDM solutions.
