Job Requirement – Liaisoning Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaison with local authorities such as Panchayath, Municipality, and Corporation for project-related approvals and clearances.
- Handle project approvals, completion certificates, and other statutory requirements with respective local authorities.
- Coordinate and complete bank approval formalities for projects.
- Manage documentation for Sale Agreements, Sale Deeds, and registration processes.
- Establish and maintain effective coordination with government departments for obtaining all statutory clearances of the project.
- Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of approval-related matters.
- Travel frequently to project sites, government offices, and banks as required.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong liaisoning and networking skills with government authorities.
- Good knowledge of statutory clearance procedures related to real estate projects.
- Proficiency in drafting and reviewing official documents.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and local languages.
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively.
- Detail-oriented, with good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Below 50 Years of age
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
