**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Documentation and Typing**:

- Ensure accuracy in Arabic and English typing, depending on the requirements.

**2. Government Liaison**:

- Submit documents to government entities such as labor departments, immigration offices, municipalities, and economic departments.
- Collect approvals, permits, and certifications from relevant authorities.

**3. Visa and Work Permits**:

Ensure timely processing of documents to avoid fines or delays.

Stay updated on changes in labor laws and government regulations across GCC countries.

**5. Data Management and Record Keeping**:
Maintain an organized database of all submitted and approved documents.

File and archive hard and soft copies of government-related documentation.

**6. Communication**:
Coordinate with internal teams for document collection and submission deadlines.

Act as a point of contact between the company and government offices.

**7. Additional Duties**:
Assist with other administrative and PRO tasks as assigned.

Support employees with personal document-related processes, if required.

Qualifications and Skills:
**1. Educational Background**:
High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma or Degree preferred).

Certification in Arabic or English typing is an advantage.

**2. Experience**:
Proven experience as a PRO typist or in a similar role within the GCC region.

Familiarity with online government systems and portals such as MOL, MOI, and immigration portals.

**3. Skills**:
Proficient in Arabic and English typing (minimum 60 WPM).

Strong knowledge of GCC labor laws, visa processes, and government procedures.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Time management and organizational skills.

**4. Technical Knowledge**:
Proficiency in using government e-services and online portals.

**5. Personal Attributes**:
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Professional demeanor and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹6,000.00 per month
