**Job Description: Public Relations Officer (PRO)**

**Location**: Thrissur, Kerala
**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000
**Gender Preference**: Female

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain a positive image for the skin clinic through effective communication and public relations strategies.
- Engage with media representatives to promote the clinic’s services, treatments, and special events.
- Draft press releases, informative articles, and promotional materials related to skin health and clinic offerings.
- Organize and coordinate events, workshops, and awareness campaigns focused on skin care and health.
- Monitor media coverage and public sentiment regarding the clinic’s services and dermatological advancements.
- Respond to inquiries from patients and the public in a friendly and professional manner.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure accurate representation of services and to support marketing initiatives.
- Manage social media platforms by creating engaging content that highlights patient testimonials, clinic updates, and skin care tips.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- **1-3 years of experience in public relations**, preferably within the healthcare or beauty industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with patients and media representatives.
- Presentable appearance with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Public relations: 2 years (required)
- Presentation skills: 1 year (required)
- Social media management: 1 year (preferred)
