Position Overview

We are looking for a Production Executive to oversee and manage daily production activities at our Bavla plant. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the wooden or modular kitchen industry, ensuring timely production, maintaining quality standards, and optimizing manpower and resources.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily production operations.
- Ensure smooth workflow, efficient use of materials, and minimal downtime.
- Coordinate with the design, purchase, and dispatch teams for production schedules.
- Monitor production output, quality, and efficiency targets.
- Maintain machinery, tools, and equipment in good working condition.
- Handle shop floor manpower and ensure adherence to safety and company policies.
- Record and report production data, wastage, and performance metrics.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement cost-saving measures.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Any Graduation (Technical background preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a wooden or modular kitchen manufacturing unit.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, material handling, and shop floor management.
- Ability to read drawings and understand cutting lists/bill of materials.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability under pressure.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, ERP knowledge preferred).
