Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive (B2B Sales) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target new B2B clients through cold calling, networking, and market research

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers

  • Present product/service solutions tailored to business needs

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM

  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales reports

  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to meet client needs

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions

  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events

  • Ensure post-sales support and client satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales (industry-specific experience is a plus)

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and team player

  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (like Salesforce or Zoho)
