Primary Purpose
As a Senior UX Designer, you will be responsible for contributing to intuitive, engaging, and delightful user experiences for Emmes software products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other team members, to ensure that the end-to-end user experience is seamless, efficient, and effective.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts user research and creates user personas to inform design decisions
  • Develops user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and user interactions
  • Collaborates with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure that design solutions align with business objectives and technical feasibility
  • Conducts usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on design solutions
  • Creates design specifications and works with developers to ensure that designs are implemented accurately
  • Maintains and updates design systems and style guides to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Stays up to date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve the user experience.

Qualifications

  • Formal education in Human Centered Design, Design Methods, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) or a related field is preferred but not required
  • 4+ years of experience in UX design
  • A portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and experiences across multiple projects
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Familiarity with user research methods and tools, such as surveys, interviews, and usability testing
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
