About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Advanced Excel/Google Sheets, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to generate meaningful reports for management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, maintain, and analyze MIS reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Work extensively on Excel/Google Sheets to create dashboards, trackers, and performance reports.
  • Use Pivot Tables, formulas, and advanced functions to process and analyze large data sets.
  • Coordinate with different departments to collect and consolidate data for reporting.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all reports and data shared with management.
  • Assist in automating repetitive reporting tasks for improved efficiency.

Skills & Requirements

  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Index-Match, Conditional Formatting, Charts, Power Query, etc.).
  • Thorough knowledge of Google Sheets and its functions.
  • Hands-on experience with Pivot Tables and data analysis tools.
  • Strong mathematical and analytical mindset; a background in Mathematics/Statistics is an added advantage.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.

  • Male Candidate (preferred)
  • 2–3 years of proven experience as an MIS Executive
  • Looking for a long-term commitment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
