**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, manage, and maintain **MIS reports, dashboards, and databases**.
- Analyze large datasets and generate insightful reports to aid decision-making.
- Use **Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Power Query, etc.)** to automate reports and optimize data management.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their reporting needs and provide timely solutions.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and security of data across systems.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Provide training and support to team members on MIS tools and reports.
- Assist in the implementation of new reporting systems or software.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, Statistics, or a related field.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Strong proficiency in **Advanced Excel** (Pivot Tables, Macros, VBA, Power BI is a plus).
- Familiarity with **SQL, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and other reporting tools**.
- Experience in **data visualization tools** like Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written **communication skills** to convey data insights clearly.
- Strong problem-solving and **analytical thinking**.
- Ability to work **independently** and within a team.
- Time management and ability to handle multiple reports simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
