**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for various departments.
- Analyze data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Maintain and update databases ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Support management in decision-making through timely and accurate reporting.
- Coordinate with departments such as Sales, Operations, and Accounts to gather data.
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency.
- Generate ad-hoc reports as per management requirements.

**Key Skills & Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Computer Applications, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in MIS/Data analysis.
- Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.).
- Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or other reporting tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
