We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Event Executive to join our team at Marriott International. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry, with excellent event planning and coordination skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Coordinate and plan events, conferences, and meetings.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Manage event budgets and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve event goals.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze event feedback and provide recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in event planning or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry and event management principles.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Familiarity with event software and technology is an advantage.
