Job DescriptionAs a business development professional your three primary responsibilities which will fuel the company's growth would be - to identify the new sales lead, pitch the services we offer and maintain fruitful relationships with the existing customers.
We're looking for a highly energetic individual who will grow revenue by establishing, negotiating and developing profitable business relationships with prospective customers.
Responsibilities:
Researching organisations and individuals - online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
Identify key decision-makers within target accounts and implement key outreach techniques (email or phone) to establish rapport and set up meetings
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives online and as well as through attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays and will also be responsible to prepare quotations and proposals
Ability to negotiate and re-negotiate by phone, email, and in person (whatever it takes)
Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met
Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills
Follow up after sales for customer feedback and to keep them updated about new developments in the company's products
At least 2 years of sales experience.
A social character with a positive attitude towards new challenges
A self-starter who takes pride in their work and has the drive to succeed.
Strong Communication and negotiation skills with IT fluency
Able to provide quality leadership to a team of salespeople
The ability to handle pressure, solve tough problems and meet deadlines
Skill in prioritizing and triaging obligations
Excellent time management and organisation skills with attention to details.
