Job Title: Business Development Executive
Department: Sales & Marketing / Events Division
About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our event management team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for client relations, and the ability to travel and manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will play a key role in driving business growth, building lasting partnerships, and promoting our event solutions to new and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate, social, and institutional event sectors.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Pitch creative event concepts and customized proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the internal event production and creative teams to deliver proposals, quotations, and project plans.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential leads.
- Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions, networking events, and on-site event executions.
- Manage multiple client accounts and ensure smooth coordination between departments.
- Prepare business reports, sales forecasts, and client presentations as required.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and regional language preferred).
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and event site visits.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive approach to work.
- Experience in event management, hospitality, media, or related industries will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Salary & Probation Details:
- Initial Salary (During Probation): ₹[15000] per month
- Probation Period: 6 months
- Post-Probation: Salary revision based on performance review and overall contribution
