Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Production Engineer role located in Ghaziabad. The Production Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety. Daily tasks will include monitoring production lines, troubleshooting issues, optimizing processes, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet production goals and ensure smooth operations will be a key part of this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong technical skills in manufacturing processes, quality assurance, and production optimization
  • Competence in using and maintaining production equipment and tools
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying and resolving production issues
  • Experience in handling documentation, compliance, and report generation related to manufacturing and industry standards
  • Knowledge of sustainable energy technologies and eco-friendly practices is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment (preferred)
