Role & responsibilities :

The Production Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the manufacturing and assembly processes of UV motors, induction motors, and fresh air fans. The role involves ensuring product quality, production efficiency, equipment maintenance, and adherence to safety and performance standards.

  • Supervise and manage day-to-day production operations for UV motors, induction motors, and fresh air fan units.
  • Plan and execute production schedules to meet targets for output, quality, and cost.
  • Monitor process parameters, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
  • Conduct routine inspections and testing to ensure motors and fans meet technical and quality standards.
  • Prepare and maintain production documentation including process sheets, test reports, and equipment maintenance logs.
  • Train operators and technicians in production techniques, safety procedures, and standard operating protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO, CE, and other applicable manufacturing standards.

Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of motor winding, stator & rotor assembly, and fan balancing.
  • Understanding of electrical testing (no-load test, high-voltage test, insulation resistance, etc.).
  • Familiarity with motor design parameters (torque, current, efficiency, RPM).
  • Experience with tools like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or production planning software (SAP/ERP preferred).
  • Basic understanding of quality tools (5S, Kaizen, 8D, SPC, etc.).

Preferred candidate profile: Candidate should have proven experience in UV motors, induction motors, and fresh air fan systems.
