Job Description:

A motivated and technically inclined Robotics Intern with strong interest in industrial automation, robot programming, and field execution activities. Capable of supporting site travel, robot installation, commissioning, and maintenance tasks under senior engineers. Possesses hands-on exposure to industrial robots such as FANUC, Mitsubishi, Yaskawa, or ABB and understands basic programming, calibration, and safety procedures.

Key Skills and Responsibilities:
  • Basic programming and teach-pendant operation of industrial robots (FANUC/Mitsubishi/Yaskawa/ABB or similar).
  • Understanding of robot coordinate systems
  • I/O mapping
  • tool calibration
  • and safety interlocks.
  • Exposure to robot installation activities such as mechanical mounting
  • cable routing
  • end-effector setup
  • and sensor integration.
  • Support experience in commissioning
  • including trial runs
  • test sequences
  • and validating robot cycle time and accuracy.
  • Ability to travel to client sites for installation
  • troubleshooting
  • and project execution.
  • Familiarity with industrial automation concepts: PLC basics
  • field sensors
  • pneumatic actuators
  • and safety systems.
  • Understanding of electrical panels
  • wiring identification
  • and component handling (advantageous).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced project environments.
