Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
ServiceNow AIOps Engineer
to design, implement, and optimize AIOps solutions within the ServiceNow ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with
Event Management
,
Health Log Analytics
,
Predictive AIOps
, and
Operational Intelligence
, integrating diverse monitoring tools and leveraging automation to deliver proactive, intelligent IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and configure ServiceNow AIOps modules, including:

  • Event Management

  • Health Log Analytics
  • Predictive AIOps

  • Operational Intelligence

  • Integrate enterprise monitoring and observability tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk, Zabbix, Prometheus) with ServiceNow Event Management and CMDB.

  • Design and maintain service mapping and dependency models to enhance event correlation and contextualization.
  • Utilize machine learning–based event correlation to minimize alert noise and transform raw events into actionable incidents.
  • Enable Predictive Intelligence capabilities for anomaly detection, trend forecasting, and performance optimization.
  • Build automated remediation and self-healing workflows using Flow Designer, Orchestration, and IntegrationHub.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Monitoring, CloudOps, ITSM, DevOps) to ensure cohesive and proactive IT operations.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics for operational insights and executive visibility.
  • Support continuous improvement by analyzing system performance and refining event correlation and automation rules.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in IT Operations, with 3+ years hands-on in ServiceNow AIOps or Event Management.
  • Expertise in configuring and managing ServiceNow ITOM/AIOps suite, including Event Management, Discovery, and CMDB.
  • Proven experience integrating third-party monitoring tools with ServiceNow.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning–based event correlation, anomaly detection, and predictive analysis.
  • Experience with automation tools and scripting (PowerShell, Python, JavaScript preferred).
  • Familiarity with Cloud Infrastructure Monitoring (AWS CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, GCP Operations Suite).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
