We're Hiring: Performance Marketing Specialist

Location: Hybrid (New Delhi NCR)


Salary:
Up to ₹50,000/month (based on experience & skill)

Full-time | Immediate Joining Preferred

Are you a performance marketer who's tired of the cookie-cutter campaign playbooks?

We're looking for someone who doesn't just toggle platform settings — but builds logic from scratch, understands brand nuance, and creates ads that convert
because they solve real problems
.

What You'll Own:

  • Google Ads & Meta Ads Strategy:
  • Plan, launch, and optimize full-funnel campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, Facebook & Instagram.
  • Landing Page Creation & Optimization:
  • Design high-converting, responsive landing pages yourself (on tools like Webflow, Unbounce, WordPress, etc.).
  • Own the
    message–design–conversion
    equation end to end.
  • Ad Creative Intelligence:
  • Work closely with our team (and sometimes solo) to draft compelling copy, creative briefs, and testing logic.
  • Beyond the Dashboard:
  • Understand
    brand positioning
    ,
    user psychology
    , and the
    "why" behind each click
    — then create custom campaign logic, not just pre-built audience sets.
  • Analytics & Scaling:
  • Monitor performance, build reports, and scale what's working — no fluff, just data + insight + instinct.

What You Must Bring:

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience with
    Google Ads + Meta Ads
  • Proven track record of
    delivering ROI-positive campaigns
  • Experience in
    building landing pages
    and understanding what makes users convert
  • Comfort with tools like Webflow, Wix, WordPress, or any builder
  • Logical thinking & an eye for storytelling
  • Independent contributor mindset: take ownership, solve problems, no handholding

This Role Is NOT For You If:

  • You only follow pre-set tutorials and default settings
  • You think CPC and ROAS are the only metrics that matter
  • You can't justify your decisions with reasoning and insight

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with
    A/B testing frameworks
  • Understanding of
    D2C brands
    or
    service-led funnels
  • Experience in writing or optimizing copy for ads & landing pages
