Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential customers through field visits, cold calling, networking, and online leads.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and offers to customers effectively.
  • Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives for customers.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge of different models, variants, pricing, and competitor offerings.
  • Negotiate prices, finance options, insurance, and exchange offers to close sales deals.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets set by management.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Ensure timely completion of sales documentation, loan/finance formalities, and registration process.
  • Coordinate with the finance and insurance (F&I) team for approvals and customer support.
  • Provide after-sales support and follow-up on customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and roadshows to generate leads.
  • Maintain daily reports on leads, inquiries, test drives, and sales conversion in CRM or MIS.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10, ₹18,000.00 per month
