Key Responsibilities:
- • Drive sales of second homes, villas, and luxury properties in assigned territories.
- • Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with brokers, real estate agents, and channel partners to create a robust referral network.
- • Build and maintain long-term partnerships that contribute to sustained sales growth.
- • Understand client requirements and offer tailored property solutions.
- • Present properties effectively through site visits, presentations, and digital platforms.
- • Collaborate with marketing teams to create campaigns that enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
- • Negotiate deals, close sales, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the buying process.
- • Maintain a CRM system to track leads, follow-ups, and pipeline activities.
- • Provide regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market trends to senior management.
- • Stay updated on real estate trends, competitor strategies, and local market dynamics.
Requirements:
- • Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in second homes, villas, or luxury properties.
- • Strong network within the real estate broker and channel partner ecosystem.
- • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation platforms.
- • Customer-centric approach with a consultative sales mindset.
- • Target-driven and motivated by results.
- • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
