Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, located in Indore. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. They will conduct market research, analyze competition, and present tailored shipping solutions to potential customers. Additionally, they will provide excellent customer service, resolve client inquiries, and collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of logistics services.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Analytical skills and ability to conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Understanding of logistics and courier services is a plus
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
