Business Development, Specification Manager- uPVC Doors, Window Facade

As an Individual Contributor you will be responsible for Business Development and Sales of premium Building materials ,uPVC, Aluminum Doors, Windows, Facades sold through Architects, contractors, Builders, Civil Engineers, and other Influencers.
Generating Favorable Specifications from Mapped Key Accounts. Close coordination with the Sales Team for Sales closure & high conversion ratio.
Drive growth, identify new opportunities, nurture client relationships, and implement strategies for increased customer base, revenue, and market presence corporate, Institutional HNI Client development for Bespoke.
Key Performance Indicators:-
- Managing Mapped Architect & Developer accounts.
- Securing BOQs from Key accounts.
- Generating Leads from Mapped Key Accounts.
- Maintain contact with mapped Developers, Architects & boutique builders..
- Create and update a database of current projects/prospective and current clients.
- Product Presentation to Key Accounts.
- Conducting Key account meets.
- Preparing Quotations on Window Maker software after initial survey of the customer location.
- Close coordination with the sales team for closure.
- Key account testimonials.
- Handle Customer Complaints.
- Prepare a daily visit report.
- Ensuring Sales Conversion achievement.
Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, client-centric approach, and team collaboration skills.
- Must have working experience good connections with leading Architects.
